All busses will depart from The Gateway Bus Loop in Whistler Village.

This is located behind the Delta Hotel.

The bus company is called “Shred Shuttle” - Should be easy to spot!

There will be someone to check you in and ensure you are on the correct bus.

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure

Driving Directions

There will be return trips from the venue, back to Whistler village, leaving at 11:00 pm , 12:00 am, and 1:00 am. If anyone requires to depart at an alternative time, there are taxi services and Uber in Whistler. Driving directions are below if required.

If you are heading from Whistler Village, input 640 Callaghan Road into maps - This will bring you NEAR the turn off.

You will be turning right from the Sea to Sky Highway - Continue for apx 7-9 Minutes. Once you reach the map location of 640 Callaghan Road, continue on the road straight for another 2 minutes or so. Once you reach the large rock formation on the right side of the road, with the red sign noting BASECAMP - Turn Right.

Turn right again after crossing the small bridge. The barn is located here.
